The Alpinestars A-Dura Ride 2.0 Shorts Liner MTB shorts in the Blue/Green colorway are built for all MTB disciplines (XC, trail, all-mountain, enduro). They're made from a fabric with 4-way stretch that moves with you while pedaling and through technical sections. An integrated inner liner with dual-density chamois adds comfort in the saddle.

Stretch Fabric and Mobility

The woven 4-way stretch fabric (92% polyester, 8% spandex) flexes in every direction, not just along one seam — that means free movement on the pedal stroke, in a low position, or twisting through technical terrain, without the material pulling or binding anywhere. The fabric also holds its shape wash after wash, so it doesn't lose stretch over time. The Blue/Green colorway shares the same fabric and features as the rest of the A-Dura Ride 2.0 Shorts Liner range — only the shade changes.

Liner and Chamois

The integrated inner liner is cut like underwear, in a soft, silky fabric with a dual-density chamois in the crotch area. The softer and firmer foam zones cushion impact in the saddle while holding their shape on longer rides, instead of packing down like a single-density pad. The liner is removable and washes separately from the outer fabric, extending the life of both.

What does dual density mean?

"Dual density" means the chamois isn't a single block of foam at one firmness, but combines two densities in one pad — a softer zone at the main contact point with the saddle cushions impact and vibration, while a firmer zone around the edges holds its shape and carries weight. Combining both spreads pressure more evenly and stays effective longer at the same thickness.

Closure and Pockets

The front ratchet closure with a zippered fly and an adjustable plastic buckle dials in the waist precisely, without needing anything extra. Three mesh-lined zip pockets hold your phone, keys and snacks without bouncing on the trail — the mesh lining also lets air through, so pocket contents don't get sweaty. Every zipper is a YKK reverse-coil semi-autolock, resistant to snagging from mud and dust.

Moisture-Wicking

The lightweight polyester blend pulls sweat away from the skin to the surface of the fabric, where it evaporates quickly — unlike cotton, it doesn't soak through and stay clammy against the skin, even on all-day rides in warmer weather.
