We will contact you within 2 hours of your order — by SMS or e-mail — and you can collect it at Bubenské nábřeží in Prague 7.
The item is not in the store
A colleague of ours drives to the central warehouse every morning, so we usually have the item ready the next business day. As soon as it is in the store, we let you know by SMS or e-mail.

Receiving the parcel
Check the condition of the packaging on delivery. If it is damaged, do not accept the parcel and contact us.
Changing the delivery
Need to change the address? Contact us before we hand the parcel to the carrier.

If the parcel is delayed, contact us. In exceptional situations (weather, carrier outage) we will inform you.
