We are the official service center for Kind Shock dropper posts for the Czech Republic, Poland, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Serbia and other European countries. We use original spare parts and manufacturer-approved service procedures. We also provide service for customers who did not purchase their seatpost from us. You can bring your seatpost in person or send it by courier to the address listed below.

Warranty and out-of-warranty service
Service conditions vary depending on whether the repair is covered by warranty or handled as an out-of-warranty repair. You can find a basic overview below.
Warranty service
Who it applies to:
Seatposts purchased from legitimate sources – from us, from our dealers, abroad, or seatposts installed as original equipment on complete bikes.
What is covered:
Labour, required spare parts and return shipping of the repaired seatpost.
Warranty period:
Standard 2-year warranty.
What must be provided:
A copy of the proof of purchase for the seatpost or complete bike.
Repair approval:
Warranty repairs are subject to approval by KS headquarters.
Out-of-warranty service
What it includes:
Complete out-of-warranty service for KS / Kind Shock seatposts depending on the scope of the issue.
How pricing is determined:
The final price is determined only after diagnostics, when the cause of the issue and the specific parts required for repair are identified.

To preserve the possibility of a warranty claim, we recommend servicing your seatpost at least once a year. Neglected maintenance may be a reason for a warranty claim to be denied.
How to send your seatpost for service
You can deliver your seatpost in person to our store in Prague or send it via courier service. Before shipping, we recommend contacting the service department first by phone or email.

Do you also service seatposts that were not purchased from you?
Yes. We also provide service for customers who did not purchase their Kind Shock seatpost from us, as long as it is an original KS product.
How long does the service take?
Usually 2–3 working days depending on service workload and the information provided. In individual cases, the turnaround time may be longer.
Can I send the seatpost by post or courier?
Yes. You can send the seatpost by courier service to our address in Prague. We recommend contacting the service department before shipping.
What should I include when sending the seatpost?
We recommend including your name and contact details, a description of the issue, the return address and, in the case of a warranty claim, also a copy of the proof of purchase.
How much does out-of-warranty service cost?
The estimated starting price for out-of-warranty service is CZK 590. The final price depends on the type of issue and the parts used.
How does warranty service work?
Warranty service is subject to approval by KS headquarters. To assess the claim, a copy of the proof of purchase for the seatpost or the complete bike must be provided.
