The Haro Shift Plus I/O 9 is an elite full-suspension e-bike aimed at all-mountain to enduro riding. It is built around a hydroformed alloy frame using a proven 4-bar linkage design with 140 mm rear travel and Enduro Bearings. The tuned geometry is intended to deliver playful yet predictable handling in rough terrain.
The bike runs 27.5x2.8" plus-size tires for added comfort, grip and off-road capability. This makes it suitable for demanding trails while still working for more relaxed rides. The build combines branded components across suspension, drivetrain and wheels, focusing on durability and real trail performance.
Power comes from the Shimano STePS E8000 drive unit with 70 Nm of torque. The Shimano STePS E8010 battery has a 500 Wh capacity, with a stated charging time of around 4 hours. The overall concept is aimed at making point-to-point rides practical regardless of what the terrain between A and B looks like.
Compatibility and construction
The Shift Plus I/O X6 alloy frame is designed for the Shimano STePS E8000 system and features a 4-bar linkage with a vertical shock and 140 mm travel. It uses Enduro Bearings, a tapered head tube (1-1/8"–1.5") and thru-axles front and rear. Up front, a RockShox Revelation 27.5" Boost fork with 35 mm stanchions provides 150 mm travel. The wheels are tubeless ready, using WTB i35 rims (27.5"x40 mm) and Kenda HAVOC 27.5x2.8" tires that are tubeless compatible.
