The Alpinestars A-Dura Ride Colorwash jersey is made from a jacquard fabric of recycled polyester and spandex. The chest carries a grey-white camo pattern with a bold red Astars logo. It delivers high performance and freedom of movement, so riders can enjoy their ride even more. Regular fit and a longer drop tail keep the jersey in place even leaning over the bars.

Color and print — what makes Colorwash different

The grey-white camo pattern on the chest is woven in with the same jacquard construction as the other colorways — woven, not printed on, so the surface clings to skin less than a flat polyester knit and holds up better to abrasion. The bold red chest logo is the single most eye-catching detail on the jersey at first glance. The 90/10 poly-spandex blend keeps the jersey close to the body without restricting movement.

Fit

Regular fit sits closer to the body than a looser trail jersey, while still leaving room to move through the shoulders and arms. If you're between sizes, size up — especially if you'll wear it over a base layer or back protector. The longer drop tail solves the usual short-jersey problem — riding up while leaning over the bars — without adding bulk up front or leaving your lower back exposed.

Construction details

Flat seams run through every spot where the jersey contacts skin — underarms and shoulders — cutting down on chafing on longer rides, especially under a backpack or back protector.

Season and conditions

No thermal lining, so it's built for cooler mornings, spring and autumn, or summer rides through brush and nettles where long sleeves help. It's not enough on its own for freezing winter days — layer underneath or reach for a thermal version instead.

What size should I get?

It's a regular fit, not race-tight. Our test rider is 188 cm (6'2") and wears a size L (EU 52) — size up if you'll wear it over a layer or back protector.

How do I wash it?

Machine wash at 30°C, inside out to protect the print, no tumble dryer, don't iron directly on the printed logo — that keeps both the camo graphic and the red logo color intact longer.

Does it work off the bike too?

Yes — the regular fit reads as a casual tee after a ride, not like typical technical sportswear.

How does Colorwash differ from the Black or Blue/Green A-Dura Ride?

Fabric, fit and drop tail are identical across colorways — what changes is the camo pattern and, most noticeably, the Astars logo color, which is a bold red on Colorwash.
