Alpinestars A-Dura Ride Jersey – Men's Long Sleeve MTB Jersey

The Alpinestars A-Dura Ride long sleeve jersey is built on a lightweight jacquard fabric of 90% recycled polyester and 10% spandex, with a screen-printed Astars logo on the chest. Regular fit and a longer drop tail keep the jersey in place even leaning forward over the bars. The back carries its own screen-printed Astars logo. Black with a camo graphic on the chest reads a bit bolder than the solid colorways, but still works fine off the bike after a ride.

Fabric and print — how it wears

Jacquard weave means the pattern and texture come from the weaving process itself, not a print applied to finished fabric. That gives it a surface that clings to skin less than a flat polyester knit, plus better abrasion resistance. The graphic and Astars chest logo are sublimated into the fabric rather than glued or stitched on, so they won't crack at the fold lines the way heat-transfer patches do. The 90/10 poly-spandex blend keeps the jersey close to the body without restricting movement.

Fit

Regular fit sits closer to the body than a looser trail jersey, while still leaving room to move through the shoulders and arms for easier steering. If you're between sizes, size up for the regular fit — especially if you'll wear it over a base layer or back protector. The longer drop tail solves the usual short-jersey problem — riding up while leaning over the bars — without adding bulk up front or leaving your lower back exposed.

Construction details

Flat seams run through every spot where the jersey contacts skin — underarms and shoulders — cutting down on chafing on longer rides, especially under a backpack or back protector.

Season and conditions

No thermal lining, so it's built for cooler mornings, spring and autumn, or summer rides through brush and nettles where long sleeves help. It's not enough on its own for freezing winter days — layer underneath or reach for a thermal version instead.

What size should I get?

It's a regular fit, not race-tight. Our test rider is 188 cm (6'2") and wears a size M (EU 52) — size up if you'll wear it over a layer or back protector.

How do I wash it?

Machine wash at 30°C, inside out to protect the print, no tumble dryer, don't iron directly on the printed logo — that keeps both the camo graphic and the color intact longer.

Does it work off the bike too?

Yes — the regular fit reads as a casual tee after a ride, not like typical technical sportswear.

How does the camo Black differ from the solid colorways of the A-Dura Ride?

Fabric, fit and drop tail are the same as the solid-color versions — the only difference is the print.
