A tubeless flat on the trail meets its match in the Granite Suture Aero Tire Plug Kit — a plug tool and CO2 inflator combined into one piece. The orange, CNC-machined aluminum body is compact enough for a jersey pocket or a small saddle bag. The kit ships with 10 plugs (5× 1.5mm, 5× 3.5mm) for smaller and larger cuts, a removable insertion fork, and a Presta valve core removal tool. The inflator is built for Presta valves only, and the kit works exclusively with tubeless tires.

Reinflate without reaching for another tool

The tool body doubles as a CO2 inflator — thread it onto the Presta valve right after inserting the plug and the tire is back to pressure in seconds. Nothing else is needed besides the cartridge itself, which is not included and is sold separately.

10 plugs, two sizes

The smaller 1.5mm plugs handle thin punctures from thorns or glass; the 3.5mm plugs seal larger cuts from sharp rocks. The insertion fork is removable and stored in the tool body — put it back after use and there's nothing extra to carry.

Presta valve and tubeless only

The kit is built strictly for tubeless tires sealed with sealant — plugs need contact with the liquid sealant inside the tire to work, so this method doesn't apply to tube-type tires. Both the inflator and the valve core removal tool are sized for Presta (FV) valves only; they're not compatible with Schrader.

A shape built for a pocket or saddle bag

The CNC-machined aluminum body has a slim, elongated shape with no sharp edges that could snag a jersey pocket or the inside of a saddle bag. It sits alongside a multitool and a spare tube without poking through fabric or catching on other gear.

Frequently asked questions (FAQ)

Does the Suture Aero work with tube-type tires?

No. Both the plug system and the CO2 inflator are built for tubeless tires sealed with sealant — a tube-type tire can't be fixed this way. For tubes, use a patch kit or a spare tube instead.

What valve type does it support?

Presta valves only. Both the inflator and the valve core removal tool are sized for the narrow Presta standard and aren't compatible with Schrader valves.

Is a CO2 cartridge included?

No, the CO2 cartridge is sold separately. The kit itself includes the built-in inflator, the plugs, the insertion fork, and the valve core removal tool — not the cartridge.

How many repairs does one kit cover?

The kit ships with 10 plugs — 5× 1.5mm for smaller punctures and 5× 3.5mm for larger cuts — good for roughly 10 individual repairs depending on damage size. Replacement plugs in both sizes are sold separately as the Tire Plug Refill Pack.
